How can I access AGS through the GSA Program Schedule?
Prepare a Request for Quote (RFQ).Your RFQ should address the following areas: Description of work to be performed (DOW), delivery schedule, and acceptance criteria. Transmit your RFQ to the Contract Administrator at your facility. The Contract Administrator will request one or more contractors to submit a cost proposal for the identified work or a Project Management Plan (optional). If your order is under the $2,500 micro-purchase threshold, it may be placed with any contractor on the GSA schedule. If your order is above $2,500, you must request either sole-source justification or request proposals from at least three GSA schedule contractors. A Contractor will be selected based upon "Best Value" criteria. The Contract Administrator at your facility will place your order with the selected Contractor and must be sure to cite the GSA Contract number on the award.
